Ritva has set this weeks challenge – Minimalism in Black & White Photography. You can read Ritva’s original challenge post here. It’s a great theme for a challenge and one of those that makes you think about your own photography. I’ll confess that I never shoot in black and white or even with a black and white image in mind.

It’s non theme this week for Leanne’s Monochrome Madness so I thought I’d post a few street shots. I’m not sure if there’s a specific definition for what is and what isn’t ‘Street Photography’. Continue readingThis weeks theme is from the blog Stupidity Hole and he wants us to submit pictures of HANDS. So here are a few pics from me. I’ve processed them with an old version of Silver Efex which I’ve hardly ever used. I’ll be spending some time exploring it now as I like the results I’ve been able to achieve with it.


Last weekend I submitted a few images for the weekly Lens-Artist Challenge, Colour vs Black and White. I rarely convert my images to BW as I’m mostly shooting for stock. I leave it to others to convert my images if they want a BW version. They can’t convert it the other way.
